"Flo-Mix" is a high-viscosity, low-shear mixer that solves the "mixing dilemma" in secondary battery material manufacturing through its unique technology, the "foil layer mixing method." Instead of forcing the material, it stretches and folds it repeatedly through a unique convection process, achieving uniform dispersion at an overwhelming speed while maintaining low shear (not damaging the material). With an overwhelming mixing efficiency that can refine down to 2,049 layers (layer thickness of approximately 0.001mm) in one cycle of convection, it significantly shortens mixing time.
