We would like to introduce the "Thermal Mass Flow Meter" handled by Nippon Flow Control Co., Ltd. Utilizing the correlation between the amount of heat taken away by the flow from a heated sensor and the mass flow rate, it measures gases in the medium to large flow range. The internal sensor probe is fixed at both ends, allowing it to withstand sensor vibrations due to high flow rates and impacts from foreign substances such as slugs.
