The 『RS5』 and 『RS10』 are high-precision flow meters specifically developed for measuring the flow of high-viscosity fluids. The micro screw meter, utilizing a newly designed precision rotor, features a low-pressure loss design, allowing it to detect even minimal drop amounts with a standard high-resolution sensor, which is output as a pulse signal. Due to its compact and lightweight design, it can be installed around robots and dispensers.
