This introduces cases where the heat resistance, cushioning, and rust prevention properties of fluororesin coatings are utilized for adjusting finishing dimensions. In "air conditioning compressors," a coating process of approximately 80μm is performed to prevent galling. In "superchargers," a coating process with a film thickness of over 800μm is implemented to achieve familiarity and prevent galling. 【Practical Examples】 ■ Air Conditioning Compressor - A coating process of approximately 80μm is performed.
