A fluorosurfactant that forms a water-repellent and oil-repellent film with a pencil hardness of 3H, capable of reducing dirt adhesion. 【Features】 ■ Forms a water-repellent and oil-repellent film with a pencil hardness of 3H, capable of reducing dirt adhesion. ■ Also functions as a moisture-proof and rust-proof coating. ■ The film has a low refractive index (1.41).
