It is non-flammable and does not fall under the category of organic solvents, making it free from regulations under the Fire Service Act and the Industrial Safety and Health Act. Compared to urethane-based, acrylic-based, and silicone-based coatings, its moisture resistance is more than 3 to 10 times greater (at the same film thickness)!
