The "Fluoro Surf FG-5093, 5095, 5097 Series" is a mold release agent made by dissolving a special fluororesin in a non-flammable fluorinated solvent. Just one application grants a non-stick property to the mold surface. It reduces the adhesion of molding resins to the mold, demonstrating excellent continuous release even for complex and precise shapes. Please try it in cases where conventional release agents do not work well. It boasts excellent durability and a proven track record of continuous release, and its performance can be restored by reapplying with a brush or spray. 【Features】 ■ Strongly adheres to mold materials, enabling continuous release ■ The film thickness is only a few nanometers, suitable for nano and sub-micron level molds and nano imprinting ■ Easily applied with brushes or spray guns, with a drying time of 10 minutes at room temperature.
