When processing UV-curable hard coatings on optical films, simply adding a small amount of FluoroSurf FS-702X to the hard coating can impart functionalities such as anti-soiling (fingerprint reduction), low refractive index, and slip properties. After addition, the fluorine components rise to the surface of the hard coating and exhibit their functions, and during UV irradiation, they co-polymerize with the components of the hard coating to become integrated.
