The acid-resistant coating agent FG-5040 and the protective coating agent for electronic substrates, the Fluorosurf FG-3650 series, are coatings designed for acid resistance and anti-conversion. They have four times the moisture resistance compared to urethane and acrylic-based coatings, and they exhibit protective functions such as resistance to hydrogen sulfide, acid resistance, corrosion resistance, insulation, moisture resistance, saltwater resistance, water resistance, acid resistance, resistance to lithium battery electrolyte, and water and oil repellency, all in a thin film. They can be applied using a dispenser or spray, and the application is completed in 5-10 minutes with room temperature drying! It can protect the substrate in the event of electrolyte leakage, preventing fire accidents. - It exhibits strong protective effects against acidic gases, hydrogen sulfide gas (volcanic gas), saline solutions, and corrosive liquids, also providing anti-sulfide and anti-rust effects. - Unlike silicone, it does not contain low molecular compounds, so it will not cause contact failure of electrical contacts after application. - It dries at room temperature, with a drying time of 5 seconds to 30 minutes. No heating is required. - The non-flammable solvent type is non-flammable and low in toxicity. It is not subject to PRTR law or fire safety regulations. - It has low viscosity and is easy to handle.
