The fluorosurf FG-3650 series protective coating for electronic substrates is suitable for waterproofing and insulation protection of electronic components, as well as for moisture-proof and waterproof coating of mounted circuit boards. It exhibits protective functions such as moisture resistance, saltwater resistance, water resistance, acid resistance, resistance to lithium battery electrolyte, and water and oil repellency with a thin film. ■No use of regulated substances such as PFOA, PFOS, and PFHxS. ■It has four times the moisture resistance compared to urethane and acrylic-based moisture-proof coatings, providing moisture protection with a thin film. It minimizes weight increase from the coating film, making it suitable for lightweight devices such as mobile equipment. ■It is resistant to the electrolyte of lithium batteries. It can protect the substrate in case of electrolyte leakage, preventing fire accidents. ■It exhibits strong protective effects against acidic gases, saline solutions, and corrosive liquids, also providing rust prevention. ■Since it does not contain low molecular compounds like silicone, it will not cause contact failure in electrical contacts after application. ■It dries at room temperature, with a drying time of 5 seconds to 30 minutes. No heating is required. ■The non-flammable solvent type is non-flammable and low in toxicity. It is not subject to PRTR law or fire service law regulations. ■It has low viscosity and is easy to handle.
