The "Fluoro Surf FG-5095W" is a fluorine treatment agent (release agent) for water-based resin molding molds. (This product does not contain any PFAS regulated substances such as PFOA/PFOS/PFHxS.) * Fluorine release processing can be easily applied on-site using brushes or spray guns. * The release component reacts and bonds to the surface of the mold, providing durability and continuous release properties. * The release agent component is dry and does not transfer to the molded product, eliminating the need for cleaning. * The film thickness is only a few nanometers, making it suitable for nano and sub-micron level molds and nano imprinting, accurately reproducing precise surfaces. * When the release performance decreases, reapplication will restore its effectiveness. * By applying it to the die of extrusion molding, it can also reduce defects like orange peel and shark skin. * It is water-based and does not fall under VOC regulations.
