Release agent for transparent resin forms a dry release film on the mold surface. No cleaning of molded products is required. Non-flammable and safe + easy to apply. Contains no silicone compounds.
"FloroSurf" and "Mold Free" are fluorine-based dry release agents that do not cause cloudiness in transparent resins. They do not contain silicone, ensuring that molded products remain clean and do not require washing. Additionally, no PFAS regulated substances are used at all. These agents demonstrate their effectiveness in situations where traditional release agents struggle to perform. They are highly durable, with a proven track record of continuous release over thousands of shots, and their performance can be restored by reapplying with a brush or spray.
