The substrate protection coating agent, conformal coating agent, FluoroSurf FG-3650 series, is a waterproof and insulating protection coating for electronic components and mounted substrates. It exhibits protective functions such as moisture resistance, saltwater resistance, water resistance, acid resistance, resistance to lithium battery electrolyte, and water and oil repellency with a lightweight thin film. It can prevent malfunction or failure of drones during rainy weather. 【Features】 ■ Four times the moisture resistance compared to urethane and acrylic-based substrate coatings = protects the substrate with a thin film. ■ The thin film minimizes weight increase, making it suitable for lightweight devices such as drone substrates and mobile devices. ■ Provides strong protective effects against acidic gases, saline solutions, and corrosive liquids. Also effective as a rust preventive. ■ Non-flammable and low odor, not classified as an organic solvent. It can be used safely. There are no regulations under the Fire Service Act or the Industrial Safety and Health Act, significantly reducing management items. ■ Dries at room temperature, with a drying time of 5 seconds to 30 minutes.
