The "fatosa Flaker CBC/CBC HP" is an excellent cutter for preparing frozen meat blocks and other products by slicing or mincing products at -20°C with a meat grinder. The CBC features a 10-blade roller that rotates to cut frozen blocks into irregular sizes ranging from 5g to 50g, depending on the type and temperature of the meat. The CBC HP uses a 5-blade roller to cut frozen blocks into irregular sizes between 5mm and 10mm, based on the temperature and type of the product. The machine is designed based on CE standards for hygiene and safety.
