IEC Hygiene Standards Deltec manufactures its own stainless steel motors compatible with stainless steel gearboxes. We have successfully developed motors that can be used in both general environments and under harsh operating conditions. This motor is designed for the food industry, where attention to moisture and bacteria is crucial, and we are continuously making improvements. With a smooth and rounded design similar to that of the gearbox, it prevents the accumulation of moisture and dirt. Special attention is given to the shape of the terminal box and bearing cover, ensuring that dirt accumulation is minimized.

Product Features - The main body is made of polished SUS304, which does not rust or peel like iron or aluminum. - The terminal block section is integrated with the main body and features a rounded design for easy cleaning. - O-rings are used on all connection surfaces to prevent moisture ingress. - Cap nuts, spacers, and O-rings are used for the mounting screws. - The model designation is directly engraved on the housing instead of using a plate. - Standard specifications include IE3 (premium efficiency), IP66, and ISO F flange. - By using a special aerator under extreme conditions, it achieves IP69K. - Equipped with a standard PTC relay. - B5 and B14A are flange-mounted, while B3 is foot-mounted. - There is a lineup of 7 sizes ranging from IEC63 to IEC132. - IEC63, 71, and 80 can be mounted on SEW gearboxes with a special combination of shafts and flanges. - Models up to IEC80 are totally enclosed self-cooling types (TENV, IC410). - Models above IEC90 are totally enclosed fan-cooled types (TEFC, IC411).
