We would like to introduce a case study of Volta Belt product processing conducted by Tescom Co., Ltd. The "Super Drive" reduces cleaning and maintenance time, as well as the consumption of water, detergent, and electricity. Additionally, it can reduce bacteria through cleaning, thereby improving the shelf life of products. There are two types of hardness and three thicknesses of belts (3, 4, 6mm), available in food-grade blue and beige (Shore hardness 55D, 53D), metal detector-compatible MD (Shore hardness 53D), and low-temperature compatible LT (Shore hardness 95A, 46D). 【Material Features】 ■ Both the front and back surfaces are mirror-finished to prevent bacterial growth. ■ Unlike canvas belts, it is made of a single material. ■ Simple structure with no severe wear from pulleys. ■ Complies with HACCP and meets hygiene standards for CIP. ■ Complies with Ministry of Health Notification No. 370 and USDA/FDA/3A dairy/EC standards. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
