AI-based Virtual Experiments: Exploration of New Targets for Chemoresistance
FRONTEO
● "Virtual Experiments by AI: Exploration of New Targets for Chemoresistance" As a means to evaluate the functions of drug discovery target candidate molecules, there are experimental evaluation methods such as gene knockout. However, evaluating in disease models and experimentally assessing many genes poses challenges that are not easily addressed. To solve this issue, we developed a unique analytical method called "Virtual Experiments," which virtually knocks out target genes from a disease network created by our proprietary natural language processing AI engine, allowing us to reconstruct the disease network and predict the disease state after gene knockout. In this seminar, we will introduce solutions utilizing Virtual Experiments, using the challenge of chemoresistance as an example. *For more details about this seminar, please refer to the registration page.
