It features dual 64-bit, ECC-enabled 4GB FPGA-DDR4 memory (expandable) and a dual-core 1.2GHz ARM Cortex-A7 processor, along with 32-bit 2GB DDR4 memory (with ECC). Additionally, it offers up to 32.75Gbps FPGA GTY transceivers with 31 channels, 8 optical transceivers, and a variety of interfaces.
