[Plant Cut Case Study] Automotive Parts

Achieved quality stabilization equivalent to conventional Class 3 petroleum products (viscosity 2)!

We would like to introduce a case study on solving challenges related to "Plant Cut 9012" in the automotive parts industry. In this case, the challenges were compliance with fire laws (non-hazardous materials) and stabilization of product quality. By using "Plant Cut 9012 (viscosity 12, designated combustible material)," we were able to achieve quality stabilization equivalent to that of conventional Class 3 petroleum products (viscosity 2). [Case Overview] - Industry/Parts: Automotive Parts - Material Being Processed: SCr420 (HRC58) - Processing Details: Honing *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
