"Plant Cut 9012" is a non-water-soluble cutting and grinding oil formulated with ester-based base oil synthesized from plant oil-derived raw materials, combined with various additives that do not contain chlorine. Due to its inert specifications, it can be applied to various workpieces, including non-ferrous metals. It complies with Japanese legal regulations and is not subject to the PRTR law. Additionally, it is designed with safety considerations for skin irritation in mind, and does not contain chlorine-based extreme pressure additives. 【Features】 ■ The flash point exceeds 250°C, and despite its low viscosity, it is classified as a designated combustible material and flammable liquid under fire safety laws, making it a non-hazardous substance. ■ As it uses synthetic oil as the base oil, it has a low pour point and a high viscosity index, allowing for use over a wide temperature range. ■ Its copper plate inertness reduces the risk of machine damage and allows it to adapt to various materials without selecting the workpiece. ■ It has excellent chemical stability, is resistant to oxidative degradation, and can be used for extended periods. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
