One of the main materials handled at our factory is an electric insulation laminated board made by impregnating, laminating, and molding a glass mat substrate with a specially formulated polyester resin. It features strength, heat resistance, and does not discolor. We have numerous cases of switching from phenolic materials. It also has good machinability, and mass production processing with press cutting is possible for thicknesses below 3mm. This material is used for electrical insulation components in heavy electrical equipment, railways, semiconductors, and electrical installations. Thin sheets have a proven track record as shielding plates for circuit breakers and switches. We offer three colors: red, white, and gray. It excels in insulation, arc resistance, and tracking resistance, and has obtained UL standard 94-V0 for heat resistance. The heat resistance class is Type B. We also have higher-grade options with enhanced flame retardancy. Investment in the "Green Bond" issued by Hyogo Prefecture.
Fujidenki Co., Ltd. The funds raised through the issuance of these Bonds will be allocated to green projects that contribute to the achievement of SDGs* by leveraging the unique characteristics of the region, as pursued by Hyogo Prefecture.
