Electrostatic discharge prevention paper-based phenolic resin laminate for various jigs and FA parts.
A new paper substrate with bakelite that maintains mechanical properties while incorporating antistatic functions. It features an excellent linear expansion coefficient compared to thermoplastic substrates like nylon.
With an excellent linear expansion coefficient, it can be used in a temperature range of 0°C to 120°C without being affected by the environment. It maintains the mechanical properties of conventional products, making it highly processable. Compared to general antistatic grades of nylon, it has a higher linear expansion coefficient, and the small difference between the longitudinal and lateral directions reduces concerns about dimensional changes. Its heat resistance temperature is also 130°C, comparable to that of standard laminated boards. It has high processability and can be used in various applications such as jigs, transport pallets for electronic components, and covers for machine tools. As an antistatic grade, it is particularly useful for machine parts in clean rooms and for FA parts where dust is a concern. We can also accept machining processes at our own factory. If there are concerns about scratches due to the black color, masking options are also available.
