Plastic Doctor Blade "Hi-POM Series"
Introducing a plastic doctor blade that can be used stably up to approximately 140℃!
The "Hi-POM series" features a material made of polyoxymethylene, which is a harder plastic doctor blade compared to Hi-PET and Hi-PE. Due to its softness compared to metal, it has good adhesion to the cylinder, reducing ink leakage from the ink chamber. Additionally, it significantly reduces friction against anilox rolls and gravure plates, thereby extending their lifespan. 【Features】 ■ Melting point: 166℃ ■ Excellent heat resistance, stable for use up to about 140℃ ■ Softer compared to metal ■ Good adhesion to the cylinder, reducing ink leakage from the ink chamber ■ Significantly reduces friction against anilox rolls and gravure plates, extending their lifespan *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
