SC-0 Intermediate Stocker (Servo Replacement) Development Case

There are distortions in the storage shelf, and we will add a process to exclude unusable shelves from the processing target!

We would like to introduce a case of developing the SC-0 intermediate stocker (servo replacement) at our company. The intermediate stocker is a system that is positioned between the upper assembly side and the main body assembly side, facilitating the transportation of parts necessary for each assembly process. With the replacement of the servo motor on the X-axis, we replaced only the control portion of the X-axis in the MICREX-F control program with the MICREX-SX. 【Tools Used (Ver/OS)】 ■D2CAD (4A1094-01) ■PLC: MICREX-F PLC Programmer Standard ■ALPHA5 Smart Loader Software (Ver 4.1) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

The digital technology that was the foundation of our establishment has evolved to the point where tiny chips now control various functions. It seems that by combining existing units and implementing necessary functions through software, we have become capable of addressing most on-site needs. However, it is precisely in such an era that hardware, software, and engineers who understand the field have become increasingly valuable. We aspire to have engineers who can engage in deeper communication by providing accurate advice based on actual experience after thoroughly hearing our customers' needs. Furthermore, we believe that our ability to respond promptly to customer needs through "single-item production" and "small-lot production" is a value that will never disappear, regardless of changes in the times.
