Artificial Dialysis Wastewater Treatment 'FJR'
No chemicals needed with our unique know-how! By attaching and proliferating microorganisms on a carrier, we maintain biomass.
The "FJR" is an industrial wastewater treatment unit that decomposes organic matter through the metabolic capabilities of microorganisms. By adopting a carrier flow method, it allows microorganisms to attach and proliferate on the carrier, thus retaining biomass. A neutralization buffer tank incorporated before biological treatment reduces the impact of chemicals. The adoption of the carrier flow method makes it more compact compared to conventional methods. Since it does not use hazardous chemicals, it is easier to manage and leads to reduced maintenance costs. 【Features】 ■ Treatment method: Neutralization buffer + carrier flow method ■ Treatment performance: Effluent quality (mg/L or less: daily average) ・BOD→600/SS→600/pH→exceeds 5 but is less than 9 ■ The neutralization buffer tank incorporated before biological treatment reduces the impact of chemicals ■ The adoption of the carrier flow method makes it more compact compared to conventional methods ■ Since it does not use hazardous chemicals, it is easier to manage and leads to reduced maintenance costs *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
