To export two pieces of sheet metal in a box overseas, it is necessary to provide clearance on all sides to prevent the sheet metal from bending. Therefore, we used polyethylene, which has excellent cushioning properties, for both the outer cardboard box and the inner board, ensuring clearance while also covering cushioning needs in the packaging design. If designed with wood, it would require heat treatment and increase weight, so we can achieve weight reduction, packaging cost reduction, and overall cost reduction, while also simplifying recycling.
