We would like to introduce our mold design and manufacturing services. Molds are fundamentally based on uniform cooling and simultaneous cooling, but it is important to modify the cooling circuits according to the product shape (such as areas with thick sections). Our company has an appropriate cooling structure based on our unique cooling concept. Additionally, the use of hot runners not only shortens the molding cycle but also reduces the amount of resin materials used. Depending on the resin used, we customize hot runners in-house to accommodate specific needs.
