The "Confirmation TRY Mold" from Fuji Seiki has six molding machines ranging from 75t to 650t in-house, and conducts pre-TRY with actual injection for all molds. By completing mass production preparations during the prototype stage, from setting molding conditions to appearance evaluation, we achieve immediate startup and production stabilization after delivery. The maximum mold size can accommodate up to 1000mm. While based on 280t class molds, we can flexibly handle small to large parts. ■ Benefits of In-House Prototyping: TRY verification is conducted on all molds using in-house molding machines. All processes from mold operation, appearance evaluation, to setting molding conditions are completed in-house. Verification can be performed in a real environment close to the target cycle. Deliveries come with actual data, minimizing on-site trials. This is especially recommended for those struggling with trial and error or condition setting after implementation.
