We would like to introduce the "PCB assembly" that we handle. Through the development of assembly technology in collaboration with industry and academia, including experts, we possess advanced assembly techniques and extensive know-how, achieving narrow adjacent assembly with a 0.1mm gap between components for 0402 size parts and assembly for 0201 size parts. We have implemented nitrogen-compatible reflow across all lines, allowing soldering at the customer's required oxygen concentration.
