Applications/Examples of results
In the IoT market dealing with big data, the amount of data processing is increasing, and frequent data rewriting is required in memory. Additionally, from a security perspective, the storage of access history is becoming increasingly important. Against this backdrop, this product contributes to improving device performance as a memory that protects access information in the network king field.
Detailed information
-
This product adopts a 1.8V single power supply and a quad SPI interface, enabling data transfer at 54MB/s with a 108MHz operation. Our conventional product, which is a 4M-bit FeRAM with a 44-pin parallel interface and 16-bit input/output pins, had a maximum speed of 13MB/s, but this product can read/write data at approximately four times that speed with fewer pins.
