We delivered "LP Gas & Gasoline Generators (Elsona)" to Eiheiji Town, Fukui Prefecture. The Eiheiji Town Life Safety Office recognizes the necessity of securing power during disasters and has introduced one unit each to six facilities. There are plans to continue introducing them at various locations in the future. Gasoline-powered generators are susceptible to gasoline degradation, making maintenance and storage difficult. However, the hybrid generator that uses both "LP Gas" and "Gasoline" has been appreciated for its ability to complement the advantages of both fuels. [Case Overview] ■ Delivery Location: Eiheiji Town, Fukui Prefecture (kindergartens, elementary schools, welfare facilities, etc.) ■ Number of Units Delivered: 6 The "Elsona Generator" was developed from the experiences of the Great East Japan Earthquake and can use both "LP Gas" and "Gasoline" as fuels. "LP Gas" is a decentralized energy source that can be stored long-term and has many advantages, including resilience to disasters. In support of the areas affected by the "Noto Peninsula Earthquake" in Reiwa Year 6, the ability to generate power using both "Gasoline" and "LP Gas" was greatly appreciated by the affected residents. The second Sora Bear Sonaeru Project donation garden has been announced!
G&ECO has been promoting the initiative "1.5 for the future" since 2022, donating a portion of the sales from its own product "ELSONA" to non-profit organizations that support the introduction of renewable energy. As part of this effort, we continue to be a corporate supporter of the NPO Sorabear Fund. Following last year, we are once again sponsoring the "Sorabear Sonael Project," and we are pleased to report that the donation gardens have been decided and announced for the second public call held from July 1 to September 5, 2025. The "Sorabear Sonael Project" supports the utilization of renewable energy and enhances disaster preparedness by donating "portable power supplies" and "solar panels" to kindergartens attended by preschool children. Additionally, we hold an environmental and disaster education program called the "Sorabear Workshop" for the children, providing them with opportunities to learn about the environment and disasters in an enjoyable way. Through this project, we hope to contribute to the spread of renewable energy in the community and raise awareness among the children who will shape the future. G&ECO will continue to value "what we can do for the future" and contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.
