The disk section is lined with TFM*, giving it high chemical resistance. It is ideal for highly corrosive and high-purity fluids. It can also be used in absolute vacuum conditions. *TFM is chemically modified PTFE. It has higher functionality than conventional products, as well as heat resistance, insulation properties, durability, creep resistance, low gas permeability, and surface smoothness.
