In the semiconductor industry, organic solvents are used for the dissolution and cleaning of materials. The solvents used for cleaning are particularly corrosive and difficult to handle, so valves are required to have high chemical resistance. GEMÜ offers a range of products that combine high Kv values and chemical resistance. To maintain purity, the products are generally made of stainless steel and PFA.
