Fully Automatic Crude Fat Extraction Device - Soxhlet
A device that fully automates the extraction of crude fat from food. It can extract at a speed approximately five times faster compared to traditional Soxhlet extraction. Compliant with food labeling laws, it measures lipids.
Soxhlet Sam offers three types of extraction devices with 2, 4, and 6 units. The extraction devices can be controlled from a computer with the dedicated software 'Soxhlet Sam Manager' installed, or from the compact 'MultiStat Controller'. Both the computer and the MultiStat Controller can control up to four extraction devices. The fully automated operation from the start to the end of analysis also enhances the safety of the operator. Additionally, this device controls the opening and closing of the safety door and the operation during solvent recovery using air from the included compressor. It does not use electric motors, which can be a source of trouble.
