Dumas combustion method protein/nitrogen analysis device
A state-of-the-art combustion method (improved Dumas method) device developed for the rapid measurement of nitrogen/protein in various raw materials and products such as agricultural products, feed, food, and pharmaceuticals.
Dumasam has been favored for two generations, and with great anticipation, the Dumasam Realizer has been further enhanced. As a new feature, we have acquired a new patented technology called 'TSC' (Tool-Free Sealing Concept), developed with the theme that anyone performing maintenance on the equipment will achieve the same results. This change from the traditional tightening method to an interlocking method allows for consistent tightening force regardless of who performs the maintenance, successfully minimizing gas leakage issues caused by individual variations. Additionally, the oxygen supply system, fast setup, and rapid shutdown features that have been well-received in previous Dumasam models have been retained. The auto-sampler has been upgraded from the conventional 64 samples to 100 samples, and it is now possible to specify the sample tray number for prioritized analysis. This device has the industry's smallest dimensions at a width of 60 cm, making it suitable for compact installation spaces. Furthermore, it can use helium and argon gases without the need for part replacements, allowing for flexible inter-use with only gas piping and software changes.
