In this video, we showcase a case where we utilized our 'MG-200 Automatic Centrifugal Separator' to filter and recover fine particles (glass sludge) contained in glass processing wastewater. We perform high-precision filtration (99% filtration separation for particles larger than 10μm) with a standard centrifugal force of 1700G, while also enabling easy disposal or reuse of the recovered sludge through the dewatering effect of centrifugal force. We efficiently recover even tightly packed or viscous sludge. In addition to the centrifugal separator alone, we also design and manufacture coolant systems with tanks and secondary filtration devices tailored to customer requirements.
