On April 5th, we held a "Hanami" (flower viewing) event behind our factory. There are seven cherry trees planted by our first president behind the Giken Koki factory, and the Hanami has become an annual event every April. The president hopes that employees, who usually spend all day facing machines inside the factory, can relax in nature while enjoying the cherry blossoms, and thus, it is held once a year with participation from all employees. The weather on the day was perfect for Hanami, and with a pleasant breeze and the chirping of birds, it became a very harmonious moment fitting for the start of the new fiscal year. Looking forward to next year's Hanami, all employees will work with renewed enthusiasm!
