Our company's resin pelletizer "Strand Cutter" comes in two types: the S series with a single drive type take-up roll and the W series with a dual drive type. Peripheral devices such as strand buses and suction-type air wipers, as well as vibrating screens, enhance the performance of the Strand Cutter and are compatible with auxiliary equipment and spare parts like rotating blades, fixed blades, and feed rolls. The rotating blades and fixed blades (spare parts for the Strand Cutter) are made from carefully selected materials based on their application, including carbide (standard and ultra-fine types), Stellite, SUS440C, and SKD11. Additionally, the feed rolls (for the Strand Cutter) are offered in a wide range of products with different materials, considering the processing of various resin materials.
