[Case Study of Automatic Door System] Creating an Equal Learning Environment
The introduction of the "Assist Swing" has significantly improved convenience and made it possible to prevent accidents during door opening and closing!
We would like to introduce a case study of the installation of the automatic door system "Assist Swing" at Chuo University. The customer's request was to promote reasonable accommodation and universal design in the educational environment, creating a space that allows both able-bodied individuals and wheelchair users to access equally. After the installation, both wheelchair users and able-bodied individuals can smoothly use the study room. Whether coming from a wheelchair or carrying luggage, the door can be opened from the inside using a non-contact sensor, significantly improving convenience.
