The high-speed milling machine "RXP" manufactured by the German company Redars features a fully linear motor drive and linear guide specifications, ensuring high-precision machining without aging changes. Higher models also offer a linear motor drive combined with hydrostatic guide specifications. It comes standard with a high-speed spindle, enabling direct milling of high-hardness materials with HRC60 or higher. After milling, a series of processes including jig grinding and on-machine measurement can be performed without the need to change the workpiece, achieving a surface roughness of Ra<0.005μm.
