The high-speed milling machine "RXP" manufactured by the German company Redars features all-axis linear motor drive and linear guide specifications, allowing for high-precision machining without aging changes. Higher models also offer specifications with linear motor drive and hydrostatic guides. It comes standard with a high-speed spindle, enabling direct milling of high-hardness materials with HRC60 or higher. After milling, a series of processes including jig grinding and on-machine measurement can be performed without changing the workpiece, achieving a surface roughness of Ra<0.005μm.
