The high-speed milling machine "RXP" manufactured by Germany's Redars Company features all-axis linear motor drive and linear guide specifications, ensuring high-precision machining without aging changes. Higher models also offer a specification with linear motor drive and hydrostatic guide. Equipped with a high-speed spindle as standard, it enables direct milling of high-hardness materials with HRC60 or higher. Without the need to change grips, a series of processes from milling to jig grinding and on-machine measurement can be performed, achieving a surface roughness of Ra<0.005μm.
