Gravity casting machine (manufactured by IMR)

Gravity die casting machine for small, medium, and large-sized products using multiple cavity molds.

The molds transported to the machine can rotate within a range of up to 450mm in diameter, with a maximum distance of 455mm from the mold support flange. As a feature of the new generation of gravity casting machines, the design takes into account operator safety and ergonomics.

Main Features: • A robust machine structure with important components placed in accessible and protected locations. • The immersion tank is an independent unit that is removable. It is protected to prevent sand and grease from entering the tank during operation. • Equipped with a variable capacity pump, resulting in a longer pump lifespan and quieter operation. • Hydraulic and electrical components, cylinders, and valves are easily replaceable.
