Line production is possible from molten metal in the furnace to the production of castings by the casting machine, discharge, cleaning by automatic robots, and cutting of the runner.
The linear low-pressure casting plant "BPL155" is composed of two separate single-head automatic devices. Each automatic device is mounted on a cart on the main frame and moves horizontally using electric motors controlled by inverters and encoders. Their positions are securely maintained by a guide system. One cart allows the automatic device to move from the core placement station to the casting station. At the core placement station, the processes of immersing in graphite and automatically discharging castings into the plant's interior are performed. With the perfect double-head plant, only one operator is sufficient.

This new type of plant enables line production. In other words, it allows for the production, discharge, automatic robot sand blasting, and cutting of castings from molten metal. To make operations easier, ergonomic design and configuration have been incorporated into the automatic devices. Operators can thoroughly monitor the pouring process at all stages of production. The adoption of a casting retrieval function allows for 100 percent visual inspection of the products. The modular concept provides high flexibility to meet various configuration and combination requests. The overall dimensions are kept very compact. With two furnaces operating at separate pressures, individual metal levels, and different brass alloys, it can be used with great flexibility and high reliability.
