Nutti Transfer Company was founded in 1955 in Brescia, northern Italy, as a sister company of Carlo Nutti, which is now renowned as a brass bar manufacturer. As a specialized manufacturer of rotary transfer machines, it supplies high-production machines worldwide. Additionally, in response to recent demands, it is focusing on models for small and medium lot sizes, "NEWFLEX" and "PENTAFLEX." In Japan, it has delivered numerous Nutti rotary transfer machines as three-way and four-way valve processing machines.
basic information
(Medium-sized, complex shape processing machine) Equipped with a turret similar to a rotary transfer in the center, processing units with simultaneous 3-axis control are installed radially. The processing units can be used in combination with two types of spindles: vertical and horizontal. This mechanism allows New Flex to combine the productivity of a rotary transfer with the flexibility of vertical and horizontal machining centers.
