Thank you for visiting the Film Tech Japan (High-Function Film Exhibition) held at Makuhari Messe from December 8 to 10, 2021. We have newly registered the antiviral flexible film, which was unveiled for the first time at this exhibition, on a special page. Additionally, we have updated the brochures for the heat dissipation sheet and the multi-layer extruder.

We have newly installed a multi-layer extruder in our "Custom Made System," which supports the development and contract processing of customer-specific films with a focus on a compact test machine that is essential for this process! Our "Custom Made System" caters to planning, development, and mass production, supporting the development and contract processing of customer-specific films. We have newly added a multi-layer extruder capable of handling 2-layer to 5-layer configurations to the line of our compact test machine, which has an effective width of approximately 200mm for initial studies and small-scale prototypes. Until now, the development of multi-layer films and laminates could only be validated on actual mass production lines during the initial study phase, but we expect that the possibilities for new development will greatly expand moving forward. *Existing single-layer extruders can still be used as before.
