Once rich, the seagrass beds are decreasing year by year due to environmental changes and human impact. Seagrass beds serve as habitats for marine life and also play a role as "blue carbon" by absorbing and sequestering CO₂. Now, the restoration of seagrass beds is urgently needed for both ecosystem conservation and climate change mitigation. To tackle this challenge, we are developing a sheet that enables the easy construction of seagrass beds.

〇Composition: Three-layer structure of non-woven fabric / nutrient release layer / adhesive layer ・Enhances spore adhesion through the unevenness of the non-woven fabric ・Promotes growth by continuously supplying nutrients from the release layer. ・Can be easily attached to the target object due to the adhesive layer. *Product catalogs will be distributed at the High-Performance Film Exhibition (Makuhari Messe) held from November 12 to 14, 2025.
