"LLZO" is the only oxide-based solid electrolyte that is stable against lithium metal. To further enhance ion conductivity, we have developed "LLZO" by doping (solid solution) a certain metal to stabilize the high ionic conductive phase, which is cubic. We have succeeded in synthesizing and stabilizing a cubic system that exhibits high ionic conductivity.
