Additionally, we have received various certifications from major aircraft engine manufacturers, including GE special process certification, and we conduct regular calibration of our machines, measuring devices, and measurement equipment, ensuring their maintenance and management. 【Features】 ＜5-Axis Machining＞ ○ Multi-surface machining with a single chuck is possible, allowing access to areas that cannot be reached with fixtures and reproducing stable machining conditions. ○ Basically, any workpiece is acceptable. → We also have graphite machining equipment available. ＜Quality Assurance＞ ○ 3D Measuring Instruments → Capable of image processing, contour measurement, and wing shape measurement. ○ Measuring Microscope → Can measure up to 500 times magnification. ○ Large Projector (capable of image processing) → Can measure up to 500 mm in outer diameter.
