It does not stretch when pulled and is very strong against lateral pressure and tensile loads. Utilizing this feature, it reliably protects delicate optical fibers and sensor cables, which are vulnerable to tensile loads, impacts, heat, welding sparks, repeated bending, and lateral pressure, from breakage. Additionally, as shown in the photo, it can be completely protected by combining the head connector and fiber protector with the sensor head, thereby expanding the application of sensors to previously unusable moving and movable parts. There are many types of tubes with structural differences, each with its own characteristics and various applications.

Spiral tube standard material: SUS304, coating material: soft PVC (polyvinyl chloride), olefin-based elastomer. ● Optional spiral tube materials: brass, aluminum, iron, titanium, copper, phosphor bronze (beryllium copper), oxygen-free copper, SUS430, SUS316, and others. ● Optional coating materials: in addition to the standard PVC coating, stainless steel blade (B), polyethylene (PE), Teflon (FEP, ETFE, PFA), silicone rubber (Si), etc. can be coated. ● The standard color of PVC is black, and other colors such as red, orange, yellow, green, light green, blue, white, gray, pink, and transparent can also be produced.
